I’ve just brought a new van! what would you suggest?
We would ask what their profession is and what they carry as this will help us understand what they may need for their day-to-day needs.
How do I know which locks are right for my van?

Should I secure my van immediately or can I wait?
To avoid leaving the van vulnerable we do advise to secure your van sooner rather than later.
How much should I budget for van security?
We offer a range of products, depending on what you are transporting in your van will determine what security is right for you. Our security starts from £150 (+van) supply and fit.

What fitment area’s do you cover (Call out)
We would find out the vehicle location and explain that we can cover most of the country as we have depots in Brentwood, Swindon & Loughborough.
There are currently a few areas that we do not cover.
Do you charge extra for travel outside main areas?
Flat rate of £70. However in some circumstances this can vary.
Do you install at business premises?
Yes, it has to be in a safe area private drive or premises. Its has to off the road with providing full access to the vehicle and other works carried out on the vehicle at the same time.
Do you work in London/city centres?
Yes. But the vehicle has to be in a safe area private drive or premises.
Are there any areas you definitely don't cover?
No.

We aim to arrange fitment within 72Hrs of the booking.
Fitment times
This will depend on the items being fitted.
Do I need to be there during installation?
Yes, to provide vehicle keys at the start, you do not need to be present while the installation takes place.The engineer will need the keys to the vehicle to install the products, they will also explain the works which they will carry out before starting the job. At the end they will explain how to use the installed products.
How long does installations typically take?
This all depend on what is being installed and if there are existing items to be removed from the vehicle before work is carried out
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact the sales team at with least 24 hours notice. Outside of this you will be charged £70.
How far in advance should I book?
This all depends on our schedule, we are pretty flexible please give us a call for our latest availability.
Do you fit weekends?
We offer Saturday morning workshop fittings only.
Security Product Questions
What job does a door keeper do (Anti peel)
This item is fitted to the upper side sliding door which helps stop the door from being peeled back.
Why does my lock not work
This would be case by case, we arrange for an engineer to speak to the customer.
What is the difference between locks
We ask the customer what they carry, so that we can advise them on the locks that we would suggest. Slam locks – Lock as soon as the door is closed. Hook & Dead locks need to be locked manually (We strongly suggest hook locks) Armour shell locks have more of a visual effect.
Ply thickness
Our standard ply is 9mm, but we also supply 12mm & 18mm
Information on Ghost
We explain that the Ghost is not an alarm but an immobiliser with special features – This can also be removed and refitted to another vehicle at a later date.
How do I maintain my van locks?
We recommend applying TVL Lock Lubricant at least once a month. Spray into each keyhole for a few seconds to help remove any built-up road salt and dirt.

Our cut off time for TVL next day delivery around 3pm (Depends on order size)
Drop off & collection times
Our drop off time is from 7am, last collection is 16:45pm

Payment questions (Amex?)
We accept most major credit cards except for Amex; you can also pay by Bacs payment.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices do not include VAT, this is added on at the end of check out, and will be shown on the invoice
